All you have to do is scan your receipts, and the data will be automatically made available to us online as soon as you scan them, ready for processing in our financial accounting system.

We then process your digital accounting data—including incoming invoices, sales transactions, bank transactions, and cash register transactions—at any time and from any location, and, upon request, generate daily financial reports or open-item lists for you.

Technical Background

Our partner for digital accounting is DATEV eG, which offers the “Unternehmen online” product.

To ensure fast digital bookkeeping and the option of audit-proof archiving of digitized documents, the exchange of documents and data between you and our tax firm is handled easily through a shared web-based portal.

At the heart of our firm’s digital accounting system is the digital linking of the journal entry to the supporting document that was previously submitted online. All you need to do to work with us in this way is to upload the digital documents to a web-based platform.

All you need to do is upload your own outgoing invoices—which you can save as PDF files on your computer, for example—or incoming invoices that you have already received via email to the online portal.

Your bank statement data is imported via the “Bank Statement Manager,” so that we have this data available to us in digital form in a timely manner.

We provide you with an electronic point-of-sale tool so that this data can also be sent to us electronically at any time. The pre-written text templates available will make your day-to-day work easier.

All submitted documents and supporting materials are digitized at the DATEV data center and are immediately available to us for processing and review. There is no need to handle paper documents at all. You always have the originals on hand. The bookkeeping is completed by the end of the month.

Depending on the agreement we have with you, we can post the documents promptly and provide you with a clear overview of your business’s financial situation at short notice.

As a result, this division of labor between our firm and your company allows us to generate reports that are updated on a daily or weekly basis.
