Confirmation of receipt postponed again

DEADLINE POSTPONED TO JANUARY 1, 2013
This deadline for the confirmation of arrival has been extended once again.
The so-called confirmation of arrival was designed to serve as proof that no VAT was charged on intra-EU deliveries. It was scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2012. Its initial implementation was postponed until January 1, 2013. This deadline has now been extended once again until July 1, 2013.
